Here are the ingredients that you will need to make Kong Na Mul Gook: bean sprouts, lean steak, tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ground black pepper, and spring onions, and jalapenos.

The first thing that you need to do is to clean the bean sprouts, and cut off the roots. Leave the bean sprouts aside and start boiling water in a large pot. In the pot, add the lean meat and cook the meat until it is tender. Once the lean meat is cooked, pull the meat apart with your hands into think pieces and leave them aside for now as well. Grab the tofu and cut them into bite-size chunks.

Now, grab another pot filled with water and add a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Now add the bean sprouts, lean meat, and the tofu. Cook this mixture for about 10 minutes and while cooking, add in the spring onions.

While this mixture is cooking, also add the soy sauce. Continue to cook the soup until the soy sauce is fully incorporated. Also, roughly chop the jalapenos and add them into the soup as well. The jalapenos are added so that there is a bit of spice in the soup.
